REquirements
Just like any other sport, Calisthenic exercises contain differing degrees of strength and skill. Based on your personal calisthenic ability, you may hit the muscle fatigue point at extremes of 20 muscle ups, or 5 dips. The beauty of this sport is that it does not matter: as long as you are reaching a point in your exercise where you can't do any more repetitions, you are building muscle AND losing fat. As a website that fosters a work-out-of-the-day component with various skill levels, we have developed a physical limit test that places you in one of the 3 categories of Calisthenic capability. These requirements should mainly be used as a guide; it is perfectly acceptable to in the intermediate category for 3 exercises, but advanced in one, and vice versa. More importantly, these should be used as motivation to work hard and improve to the next level!
