Welcome to the start of healthier food choices!!!
It's ironic how the advancements of our society have only led us further away from proper nutrition. The essence of our nutritional program is reduce the amount of excess sugar in our bloodstream. Here is a simplified diagram of the process we are trying to cut off:
Food w/ High GI ---> Excess Sugar --->Excess Insulin --->More Fat Storage
Lets stop it at the source by eliminating foods with a high glycemic index from our diet!!! Vist our Health & Nutrition Home page for more and stay tuned to this blog for further detailed explanations of this process.

How it works
Here's how it works...
I will continue to post anything and everything about nutrition. Of Course, I will primarily cater to the nutritional program that we encourage but all aspects of food, diet, and health are welcomed. On the right side there is a Category section where you can narrow down your interests. I will make sure each post can be found on the main page or in one of the five categories: Introduction, GI Index, Meals & Snacks, Nutritional Tips, and Miscellaneous.
Please feel free to comment or ask questions. Also, suggestions for future blog posts are always encouraged.
Thanks,
