Strength / Muscle Building Program Have you always had a problem putting on weight? No matter how many weights you lift at the gym and protein shakes you guzzle, you just can't seem to build muscle! If this sounds like you, I understand and I can help you get that muscle that you KNOW you deserve. I too, once had this very problem and struggled to put muscle on no matter how hard I tried. Agility / Muscle Toning Program The focus of agility and muscle toning is Balance. One part of your body cannot function optimally without help from its complimentary muscle. The exercises will be a combination of circuit training, muscle building, and body wellness. Each exercise will focus on one or more of these characteristics: - strength - speed - rhythm - balance - stretch These exercises will incorporate yoga, plyometrics, a pull-up bar, a dip bar, rings, or a medicine ball. The nutrition program will be very lean and healthy so we can support our muscle growth and eliminate unwanted fat. We will get you fit and agile creating a healthy body for a healthy life. |
