Radial pull Ups

For the Radial Pull Ups, grab the bar about shoulder width apart as if you were going to do a standard pull up. The big difference with this exercise is that instead of pulling your body up, you are pulling your body away and around the bar. You can do this by only maintaining a slight bend in your arms throughout the motion and using solely your lats to pick your body up.
This exercise focuses on your lats as your arms relatively stay in the same position. It is a great progression for many calisthenic skills like the muscle up and the front lever.
