Partner Assisted Inverted Rows
For the Partner Assisted Inverted Rows, find a bar or rings that you can reach standing up. Next, have a partner pick your feet up so that your body is now parallel with the ground. Keep your body as stiff as a board and row your chest to the bar or rings. Once at the apex, lower yourself down to the starting position. Try not to sag your hips when you come down! Repeat this motion for the allotted amount of reps and then rest.
This exercise focuses on the muscles in the arms and back. You can also supinate your hands throughout the motion to put emphasis on the biceps muscles.
