One Arm Push Up

For the One Arm Push Up, you must have your legs spread wide to account for the loss of stability when only using one arm. Once your legs are properly positioned, place one hand on the ground oriented in the middle of your body and the other behind your back, Continue the standard push up motion up and down until you can no longer do any more reps with that are. Next, switch arms and repeat until you are tired.
This exercise focuses on chest and arm of the arm being used. More emphasis is put on the muscles of the arm and shoulder since it is used in the motion of the exercise, as well as the stability of the entire upper body.
