For the Frog Leap, separate your legs a little wider than shoulder width. From there, squat down low keeping your chest and head high to eliminate strain to the back. start with your arms and broad leap your body forward as far as you can. Activate your leg muscles to land the jump as smooth as possible and then continue into another. Continue this action for the allotted distance and rest.
This exercise uses the explosive muscles of the leg. The forward movement of the exercise recruits morel muscle fibers to maintain balance and coordination, making for a more involved exercise. Specifically, this exercise focuses on the hamstring, quad, and calf muscles.
