Diamond Push Ups

For the Diamond Push Ups, first sit on your knees on the ground. To get in the right position, place your hands side by side with adjacent fingers and thumbs touching. The connection of these four fingers should outline the shape of a diamond. Once in the right position, continue the exercise with a normal up and down motion like in the standard push up. Perform the allotted amount of reps and then rest.
This exercise focuses on the inner ridge of your chest. With your arms placed so tightly in, the inner part of the chest must be emphasized to progress your body through the appropriate push up motion.
